Project context.

The brief

A sculptor working in salvaged metal needed a portfolio where the photography did the talking. Anything decorative in the interface would compete with the work it was meant to present.

The response

I built a restrained editorial frontend: full-bleed imagery, generous whitespace, quiet typography and motion used only to pace the scroll, across artworks, process, journal and contact sections.

The outcome

The site reads as a gallery rather than a website, with the interface receding far enough that the sculptures hold attention.
